CheatHelper
CheatHelper is a helpful script creator that gives you a list of cheats that start from a given value and end at the other given value. It makes a cheat for every location in between those 2 locations and sets that value to a hex that you provide.

For example, if you don't know what the values in between 0x8400000 and 0x84000B6 do, then you would set that starting value below to 0x8400000, and the ending value to 0x84000B6. You would also set the Hex Value. This page would then create a list of cheats that change the value of all the numbers between the 2 given values to the hex given in Hex Value.
